OUR PROJECTS

We are able to face any type of technological challenge with a spirit of innovation and great attention to costs, development times and technical capabilities of companies and the supplier market. In this section we briefly present some projects for which our Customers have provided permission for publication. In our archives and in our past and ongoing experience we have many other achievements, which constitute a wealth of skills that are difficult to match by structures comparable to us.

OUR SERVICES

We offer our customers a wide portfolio of services for the design of internal combustion engines and two- and three-wheeled vehicles, plus the unique use of our EV SORIANO modular system. We follow the project from the  preliminary setting phases to the start of mass production, supporting customers in the technical choices of the  industrialization phase in the search for suppliers. Our work team supports the Customers staff, interacting daily during the project activities.

SORIANO STUDIO

DESIGN TOGETHER

For all hybrids and EVs, we have developed our very own patented motors, gearboxes, suspension systems, brake systems, ECU software, and a host of electronics. Depending on the scope of design & performance, we can develop different parts of the E-vehicle & Hybrid-vehicle as desired. For the next Moto-E Championship circuit, we managed to develop the SuperSport Soriano GARA Giaguaro model.

SORIANO STUDIO DESIGN

As virtually all of the projects we undertake are confidential, we invest in creating “Technology Demonstration” vehicles to allow potential clients access to experience our capabilities.

Showing application, design, integration, manufacturing, and systems that are established or near-term deployable in volume production.

Our engineering department dedicated to vehicle development is ready to
support in:

Definition of the basic kinematics of the single vehicle or modular
platform;

Sizing of the overall layout in accordance with the customers needs
(ergonomics, regulations of the countries where it is intended to
sell and produce, ground clearance, after-market components, …);

Design of vehicle components and preparation of prototypes;

Assembly and testing of prototype vehicles;

Road durability tests of vehicles thanks to the experience of our
drivers;

Industrialization of components;

Thanks to a strategic partnership with a leading operator in the
design sector, we also have the skills to take charge of the style and
engineering of body parts (tank, fenders, fairing, …). We can
produce 1:1 clay models and/or scale models and 3D virtual
models.
